Membership dues are $15 per calendar year. Your membership fee includes a bimonthly
newsletter containing the latest adoption news, details of past and future special events, and general meeting information.
You will also receive a membership directory each year. If you become a member after September 1, your dues will cover
the next calendar year. Please list your children, both adopted and biological, and the requested information.
If you are renewing your membership and your address or phone number is not correct in the directory, please note the correction
on the form.
